Jenna B. Salenbien is a graduate from Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Art Degree in Interior Design. She is an experienced and dedicated Interior Designer who has built a great reputation with her clients. Jenna has almost ten years experience in the Kitchen & Bath industry. She specializes in space planning, functionality, ergonomics and interior product knowledge. She also has a wealth of knowledge in exterior products, growing up in the industry with her family, and she offers a Designer’s eye with her builders to help their clients with selections. Jenna has a very personal approach when working with her clients and she feels strongly that building these relationships are important for customer satisfaction and continued business.

Design Process
Design Consultation
Clients can visit the Design Center at their leisure to view products and displays. At that time they then can set up an appointment with Jenna to come to their home to get a feel for their project and take on-site measurements to ensure an accurate quote. This also allows Jenna to get a better feel for the home as well, to make sure that whatever new project we are doing will flow and incorporate with the rest of the home. She can also make suggestions to the clients that they may not have considered before that could help with the function of the space.
Drawings & Estimate
Jenna will create a package of customized drawings for the clients’ space including Dimensional Floor Plans and Elevations, as well as Perspective Drawings that give the client a better understanding of what the final project will look like. Once these drawings are finalized and signed off on, these drawings will be labeled and detailed with notes and become the Installation Drawings for the installer. Our company policy includes that drawings remain property of JBS Design Services, LLC. until a design deposit is paid.
Based on the drawings and product selections, Jenna will create an estimate for the scope of the project. This will be detailed by product and space so that everything is separated out and the client can get a clear idea of budget.
Order
Once the client is ready to place the order, Jenna will go over the drawings again in full detail and through the products being purchased to answer any final questions and make sure everyone is on the same page. The drawings, estimate and purchase agreement will all be signed and dated by both parties. After the order has come in, JBS Design Services, LLC. will deliver the products to the job site, or the client is welcome to pick up the products at our warehouse.
